Please contact Maryvonne Wellen jewellery before returning any items. We do not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns, so you may return any order through a carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable/insured shipping method to guarantee successful delivery of your return. You can send items back to us at the address below:
To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package as Returned Goods
Make sure to include contact information with the return. We only refund to the credit card that was used to place the order – this is to prevent fraud. If you paid by invoice, please include a note with your invoice no and bankdetails/ Paypal address.
We’ll send you an email as soon as your return has been received and processed. This may take 2-3 business days for the refund to post depending on the card issuing bank.
All custom and sale pieces are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
How to return an item
If you received your order and aren’t totally satisfied with the product, you are welcome to return it within 15 days of receipt on all unworn jewelry for a refund less shipping (if applicable), to the original method of payment. Items must be returned with original packaging in perfect condition. They are to be unused other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return.
