Delivery and shipping

Your order is usually shipped within 3-5 business days after we received your payment, not including special or custom made products that may take longer or where a longer delivery period is mentioned in the product description. Orders are processed Wednesday to Saterday 11am-6pm, not including holidays, pending payment authorization and verification.


We ship our jewelry covered by insurance with Deutsche Post/DHL. Depending on your destination it will be delivered by your local mail. The tracking number we provide you, is a tracking number by German mail. Usually this tracking number changes in the recipient country.

Please note that the delivery period within Europe is approx. 4-7 business days and for worldwide shipping depending on the destination from 7-14 business days.

We always recommend to order as soon as possible. Please make sure your address is correct and that somebody is present at this address to take your delivery, otherwise please mark an alternative address.

Delivery costs will be charged according to order value and destination as per particulars given below. It can happen that for some deliveries abroad additional customs duty will be charged.

If the package is not picked up by the customer and any kind of fee is added, the customer is responsible for the extra cost and will be charged all costs and expenses associated with the return-shipment. This includes freight charges, any extra payments, duties, taxes, levies, fees for DSV prepayments, return charges, any additional fees, etc.

Return instructions

Please contact Maryvonne Wellen jewellery before returning any items. We do not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns, so you may return any order through a carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable/insured shipping method to guarantee successful delivery of your return. You can send items back to us at the address below:

To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package as Returned Goods

Make sure to include contact information with the return. We only refund to the credit card that was used to place the order – this is to prevent fraud. If you paid by invoice, please include a note with your invoice no and bankdetails/ Paypal address.

We’ll send you an email as soon as your return has been received and processed. This may take 2-3 business days for the refund to post depending on the card issuing bank.

All custom and sale pieces are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
