Design Processes & Positioning

Concept development, narratives and individual design positions

This teaching area focuses on concept development, design methodology and the formation of individual creative positions within contemporary design practice. Through open and process-oriented projects, students are encouraged to develop their own ideas, reflect on material, form and meaning, and strengthen their ability to articulate and evolve design decisions.

Alongside conceptual development, the courses also engage with presentation, communication and real-world application contexts, connecting experimental processes with questions of audience, use and professional practice.
